Defects or Problems?
Most items on this website are covered with a certain warranty that is enclosed with their original box. If there should be any problem with that item, SEND IT DIRECTLY, prepaid, to its respective manufacturer for prompt repair or replacement.  If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement. Please include a note of reason for returning. To receive credit (less shipping), your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the item you purchased is for free shipping, we will deduct actual shipping cost. All items must be in original packaging, unused and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. All returns are subject to a variable restocking charge. This charge is determined by the condition of the returned merchandise. The minimum restock charge is 10%.

Shear Return Policy
Every shear that is returned for exchange or refund MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX, ABSOLUTELY UNUSED, AND RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

If it is past 7 days from the purchase date, please refer to the warranty information from the manufacturer for replacement/repair.
